Introduction

 

The line is special equipment of making rubber underlay  (rubber sponge) from natural rubber and its filler. It can also be used to produce foaming rubber or mixture of rubber and plastic sheets. It can operate around-the-clock, its production has endless length, changeable width in the range of 0.5—1.4 meter, and changeable thickness in the range of 1—30 mm. So the line can ease the labour effectivly, improve the work environment and increase the work efficiency. It is the suitable substitute of vulcanizing oven or drum type vulcanizer.

 

 

Technological  Process

Operating Procedure

 

1.      After being cut by rubber cutter, natural rubber is plasticized by rubber mixing mill.
 
2.      The plasticized rubber must be stored for 24 hours, then put it into rubber dispersion mixer, with rubber ingredients and filler, for mixing.
 
3.      After storage, the mixed rubber will be sent to the second rubber mixing mill for remixing. Then put the remixed rubber on K-230 vertical sheeting mill to make sheet.
 
4.      Send rubber sheets to tunnel-type vulcanizing box through batch-out equipment for foamming and vulcanizing. There are four sets of automatic temperature-control device. In the first-phase heating, put paper composite backing, then press it with rubber sheet. Then to heat, foam and vulcanize the rubber sheet (with paper composite backing) in the second, third and fourth phase, rubber sponge is initially produced.
 

5.      At the end of vulcanizing box, rubber sponge will be sent to cooling roller equipment by batch/out equipment to be cooled by natural wind. Afte trimmed by edge trimmer, then coiled by coiled equipment, the final product be finished.
