Introduction
The Silicone Rubber Extruding and Vulcanizing Product Line is applied to the efficient extrusion and continuous cure of all kinds of silicon rubber thin-gage products and platinum catalysts, etc.
The Silicone Rubber Extruding and Vulcanizing Product Line is made up of silicone rubber extruder, vertical cure heat oven and horizontal cure heat oven (optional).
The vertical cure heat oven is made up of stander, electric cabinet and heat oven. The 890 mm high oven sets up 3 heating zones from up to down, and adopts the Japanese Omron thermo-controllers to control the working temperature of heating zone and accurately control temperature, and then has fast heating speed and high thermal efficiency by adopting ceramic infrared radiator for heating.
