Radial Tire Segmented Mold

The main products are cone guiding segmented molds, which are divided into two parts: containers and molds. The mold consists of tread block, upper & lower sidewall plates etc. The container is composed of top plate, bottom plate, activator ring and segment shoes etc. It contains the mold and is connected to the press. Aluminium alloy, ductile iron, as well as steel are adopted as tread block's material. The molds are suitable for producing radial tires of passenger vehicals, light trucks, medium trucks and and OTR vehicals.
